• BFI is a world-class educational institution for persons with special needs providing quality SPED practice. Through culturally relevant, family centered and life-outcomes based programs and state of the art training programs and research.

Mission

• To directly or indirectly maximize the potentials of children with special needs in all aspects of development, in order for them to become self-propelling individuals at home, and if possible, functional members of the community.

• To support parents and families, to facilitate their empowerment as instruments of their child’s development.

• To educate and inform various sectors of society about people with special needs.​
